Ethernet app stopping after about 30mins ish

my app seems stop responding after half hour or so.

i put in few writes of doing serial connection , ran hour , didn't crash! run again standalone starts crashing.

i've got single socket connection receives occasional string server control either blinkm led or move motor , forth.

i'm using official wiznet ethernet shield , duemilanove board. suspect there's hiccup in connection , it's not managing reconnect again, or memory issue, or perhaps power issue? (i'm using supplied starter kit power adaptor)
