i have published authorware .exe file on network. find on odd computer scroll bar on scrolling text field not work. know causes problem – more point have solution?

never seen this. can more explicit in 'doesn't work'?
what os? not i'd have better idea...
the standard display icon text's 'scrolling' property checked?
