Thread: xorg.conf gnome-settings-daemon and e17

hey folks,
i've got hp / compaq dc7900 @ work ubuntu on , displays both monitors correctly under gnome.

preferred desktop environment though e17. i've got dual monitors working running gnome-settings-daemon part of .xsession file though bit of cludge , doesn't work expected e17.

there way effective (that being used) xorg config , save /etc/x11/xorg.conf file?
