Styling Links Tracked by Google Analytics

hi --

i'm tracking site using google analytics. i'm taking advantage of 1 of
ga's tools tracking 3rd party shopping cart. far good.
here's need 2 things.

first, how make links in code (around line 30) users
with/without javascript enabled follow css styles; ,
how do make rest of line display --"or learn more
race."?
