hi all!!

we have translated whole joomla 1.0.4. slovenian language on utf-8 (i guess that's because of joomla 1.1?).

works lovely, seen problems are:
- date format on top of every content published doesn't show local characters. because date pulled out of win settings somehow? there solution?
- content export pdf doesn't make proper chars in pdf file

all rest fine. in day or 2 we're finishing virtuemart , docman @ 100% too.

good job on getting translation out!

in regards utf-8. joomla 1.0.4 not provide utf-8 support run in many issues when extended ascii characters used. safer convert language file single-byte codepage , set appropriate code page in iso setting of language file.

joomla 1.1 using utf-8 , many changes have been necessary implement utf-8 safely.

export pdf not including characters limitation of font being used pdf generator not include extended characters generator in version 1.0.x not supporting utf-8. if revert single character codepage pdf output improve.
