Thread: qt4.5.2 is installed but ubunutu still uses qt4.5.0

i have installed qt4.5.2 source file in ubunutu system.

however, seems linux still using qt4.5.0. first of synaptic package manager not show qt4.5.2 installed, , softwares need qt4.5.2 run correctly texmaker still not work smoothly, , have problems pretty sure because using older version of qt libraries.

plz tell me how can make linux use newer version of qt have installed on system?

i in same boat-- need qt4.5.2 prevernt lyx crashing while scrolling, don't kow how it...
