Create a package - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi folks, know in simple words requiered (how to) in order make joomla package additional cmbts please?

i'd take j! 1.0.4 (or whatever version) , have install additional stuff languages, akocomment com , bot, joomlaboard, community builder etc.. in french versions preparing.
this make easier novice users install once , have installed, in language, no hunting files, install problems etc..

so, right steps?
1. add files in requiered locations => thought i'd make locall install, add cmbts, , zip up?
2. sql queries: can use drop of install , add (which) j! installer file?
