Font Size in CS3 Different than DW8

hi, updated dw8 dwcs3 , while text in documents using fixed px size looks great when viewing in new dwcs3 text had css on contained size em looks tinnnny!!! looks tiny in dwcs3 looks fine in browser

is there way fix this? stay fluid em text size if possible, can't design tiny text hurt eyes!

i installed cs3 (upgrade mx2004) , found renders css more accurately. finds mistakes better, ones didn't show online.
