Overclock Not Working - Raspberry Pi Forums

i have arm_freq=1000 , force_turbo=1 in config.txt when run /opt/vc/bin/vcgencmd measure_clock arm still shows 700mhz. when used raspi_config , set automatic turbo overclocking mode , opening multiple browser windows @ time, maxing out cpu, /opt/vc/bin/vcgencmd measure_clock arm still showed 700mhz. brand new 512mb pi raspbian set yesterday. know whats going on?

im having same problem. used raspi config set mine turbo when check it shows 695. when check config file overclock settings in config file should be.
