hi there,

is me, or when try download file (lets joomla! example) link "http://developer.joomla.org/sf/frs/do/downloadfile/projects.joomla/frs.joomla_1_0.1_0_4/frs2532?dl=1".

this may work in browser when try use wget in linux shell enviroment downloads "`forbidden.html?dl=1'" file.

i know may ask nice link work wget well, saves people lot of time when want install joomla! in shell enviroment.
