Outputting array's

hi guys newbie arduino.  i have array trying send chip. array has 1000 integers in , want send out options in terms of number of pins use output, whether r not there should resistor between chips , code should use output these pins.

so @ 2 bytes per integer 2000 bytes. needs more memory arduino has.

anyway best way through spi between 2 processors, suspect don't mean words say.
