microsft security update patches installed , compatibility issue such can not open html files.

work around first save files , “open” saved location. works users not users.

users report “help” link in coming (after security warning “unknown publisher” asking if want open/save/cancel: , if first save , open saved location; page can not displayed message.
i'd appreciate on resolving issue?
