html part of web page not appearing on PCs?

help! purchased dreamweaver cs3 after using dreamweaver 8 publish website. now, html portion of home page doesn't display on pcs. flash portion does, not nav bar, in html. nothing else has changed. work mac @ home, , website looks fine on browsers, @ work can't see nav bar pc. have clue?
