DC Motor library

library controlling 2 dc motors (h bridge).
in setup can configure pins conections pwm, etc)
in main program include motor.h , use functions:
adelante=forward
atras=backward
izquierda =turn left
derecha= turn right
paro=stop
the arguments are:
int velo=speed
int time=time
