Failed Install - TinyMCE locks backend or gives js errors, 404 errors with SEF - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have installed 1.04 on multiple sites of them generating identical errors while in debug mode sef enabled. on of sites menu main menu links yield page unavailable message. sites using rhuk template.


any appreciated.

sef not working.

standard links work.
