Playstation 3 force feedback mod
hi guys,
im new forum here , getting started on second arduino project. first 1 mix of reverse geocache box , bankvault hack posted on hackaday. created sort of puzzle box family christmas. bit last minute didn't document anything.
but anyways point.
i had idea mod ps3 controller give force feedback 1 of ab toner belts (i know dont ask
)
so controller gives pwm signal ffb motors.
here comes in problem number 1:
how measure different signals determine vibration level?
then onto toner thing, pulled apart , easy make hardware interface controller connected 2.5mm jack. operates @ constant voltage , current pulse frequency changes.
theres problem 2: use analogwrite() setpwmfrequency() work?
the hardware part not problem it's more i'm quite new arduino programming.
any ideas on this?
spencer

maybe skip arduino , use inputs motors control transistor modulates power belt.
