Setup Eclipse - can't find AVR C++ Linker

i trying setup eclipse arduino.  i'm following instructions found here:
http://www.chipkin.com/articles/using-eclipse-with-arduino-duemilanove

step 11 says click on avr c++ linker
but can't find avr c++ linker.

is project, chance, static library?  if so, don't think shows linker tab...
