CSS issues between IE 7 and FF3,IE6

i have site looks same in ie 6 , ff3, in ie 7 there shift on menus , life of me, don't know change make work on 3.

the site http://www.jasperwinery.com , issue menus when mouse on them @ top. shift right rather show under category. if tell me make them work in ie6, ie7 , ff appreciated. thank you.
