Pricing for non-profits

i've done search through forums, , thread found old. links there not work. of know how can non-profit pricing dreamweaver? can't afford much. tried @ techsoup.org/stock, apparently, not qualify dreamweaver pricing there, reason. looking kind of price ($25.00).

i'm not aware of special pricing not-for-profit businesses.
