Thread: ? before uninstall/reinstall

i have triple boot system on laptop xp,vista , ubuntu. had 3 partitions before installing ubuntu. either screwed on install or ubuntu put on 3 gb partition. can't download updates because there not enough room. can't enlarge partition using disk manager in vista or ubuntu because can change first 3 partitions. ubuntu , want uninstall reinstall without messing xp , vista. boot grub ubuntu first other operating system option xp , vista. when unstall grub go away too? cause boot problems other systems? there instructions somewhere? suggestions anyone?
