Undefined Error Preloader Help Needed

my 1.0 preloader code set work fine using flash 6 in 1.0 , i'm using same code few slight updates i've added 2.0 in flash 8 , still having problems "undefined" error. i'm missing variables.., yes?

below code loads in image using moviecliploader class , listens out load progress. if create new fla , pop code frame 1 of actions layer, on new layer create dynamic text field , give instance name of loadstatus_txt. should solve problem.
