Web Client Programming

hello,

i new arduino platform. im interested in programming adruino web client can make http request (get or post) "url".  the website hosted hosting company , hence not have direct ip address access website.


please guide me libraries used. have arduino (atmega 168) , ethernet module (enc28j60) me.

please excuse me if there mistakes post.
