Help web links in Textbox not working

i loading text file textbox, text dynamic, if put link text file <a href=" http://www.iol.co.za/index.php"target="_blank"> read more here </a> link work, (home page) if need go page <a href=" http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=14&art_id=vn20070509140140753c500989
" target="_blank">read more here</a> link not show up. "?" doing this
