Local, Testing server, Remote server uploading

i have web files in local directory, c: webfiles\myweb. have local testing server @ c:\apache\htdocs\myweb, , production site @ www.myweb.com. problem when edit file in local directory updated testing server , not production remote - expect. problem don't know how update production server there not seem menu choice this. sure doing stupid, can't figure out whats wrong. don't quite how relationship between 3 file locations interact each other. sincerely appreciated driving me crazy.

expand files panel. on toolbar, there 3 icons in row -
remote | testing | site map. select remote icon, ,
connecting remote site put/get. testing server
only used previews or live data displays.
