Press Reset button to receive info

please help! why have press reset button in order receive information transmitter?

program use: arduino ide

for example: transmitter sends string of words, receiver receives range of numbers, when reset button pressed, string of words appear on serial monitor of arduino ide.

can tell me whats problem , how solve it? please asap!

'transmitter'?
'receiver'?

do want start again , describe setup?
