Text captions cut off

hi

i need translate captivate project. export captions word document, translate update column , reimport text in captivate project. when preview slides in captivate looks fine when publish project in swf of captions cut off @ bottom.

before writing forum tried few things.

if take source project , publish it, looks fine.
if take source project, export captions , reimport them without opening word file, captions cut off.
no need "export , import" solution given in other messages don't work me....
i looked @ properties of desktop > settings > advanced, , dpi set 96, indicated in answer same kind of problem on newsgroup.

i installed captivate on computer , got same problem.

now worst part coming, colleagues translating same project in other languages , don't have problem!!!!

i have adobe captivate 2.0.0 build 5153, running on windows xp sp2 in french.

if has solution me, i'd happy try it.

it's long shot, i'm wondering if have 1 or both of caption options enabled.

click options menu , see if there check marks beside following options:

* autosize captions
* calculate caption timing

if so, maybe click remove check marks? i'm thinking perhaps affecting things. it's guess.
