Trouble getting "refpt" to call swf files

i having trouble getting buttons activate movie and/or 'lable' show when buttons rollover.
i have tried using reference pionts , swap window left od button panel. can not work usual.
i tying have pop-up appear on layer above "zoomify viewe" layer , not think part of problem. i'm toast.??
