Ultrasonic range finder

im trying build car ultrasonich range finder. have found schema here: (due forum rules paste link in next post)


i've bought parts have no idea how operate arduino. have realised late program below schema in 'pure c'. can me , tell how can use sensor arduino (i have uno version think doesnt make difference)?
