Stretch an image to match content?

i have 3-column layout 2 on sides stretch match content in middle:
http://ahwatukeefootandankle.com/index.html

i have set image width 100% , works great in safari, not in firefox!

i'm coming golive , snap there, know how can same in dreamweaver? perhaps tutorial? don't know lot css or html, i'm learning.

ff doesn't stretch images.
