just installed ubuntu 9.04 (dual boot vista) [im proud of myself =d] , tried connect internet, when click on network icon in task bar says:

wired network [greyed out]
disconnected [greyed out]
vpn connection >

(or similar, can't quite remember)

need connect wireless network usb wifi adapter.
(i'm new ubuntu , linux may have speak me im 3 years old xd)

i know 5 months old have problem , don't know it.
