using AVR studio question

hi,
i finished writing program in arduino environment. works fine. prototyping arduino. going mass-produce device atmega168p chip , plan upload program using icsp interface atmel jtag (atjtagice2).

what best way of doing this? (my final pcb not have usb interface, 6 pin icsp interface)

i thinking copying c (.cpp) file made while uploading arduino sketch using arduino environment avr studio way go. when avr studio tells me i'm missing files.

what best way mass production. cannot give code wrote arduino environment not sufficient.

once compile sketch in arduino environment, folder sketch contain file in applet folder ending in .hex - can uploaded through avr studio under tools/program avr/connect...
