Hot Spot approach needed

hi there,

i'm playing around approach website going design.

i'm going have small animation file (.swf created in after effects - rastered file) have hotspots available on final frame/image.

i have .swf in own layer, & 2nd layer on top image give me hotspots. i'm using onload, onfinish commands etc hide/show relevant layers. hotspot image working correctly in 1 browser (safari) & think there better/cleaner approach - although hasn't occured me yet. has got ideas/suggestions?

i have access flash if needed - don't want have delve flash unless have (not want @ moment).

the on;y swv know os sisters voices, american female r&b trio
from new york.
if referring swf, might try "wmode" parameter,
believe links have applied original fla file ,
exported swf flash movie.
