New library: DS1307 (Real-time Clock)

hi

i have made easy-to-use library ds1307 rtc not need wire library.
ds1307 datasheet: http://datasheets.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/ds1307.pdf.

i know there other libraries ds1307 out there, but:
  • i wanted library similar ds1302 library
  • i wanted have go @ i2c without using wire library.
  • i enjoy coding  ;)
