hello folks!
i in process of building new classifieds site, , want looks this:

it's supposed me classified ads, banner management , articles published.

please notice scetch - ide of how thinking place things.

i have (after little fooling around in web) found classified ads script like... it's both published under gnu license , works good. have looked noah's classified, find little "stand alone" work want too... its' php.


what best (easiest) way accomplish this?

-using wrapper module/ component?
  - if so: how make template this?

what cost - if let else me? (this not proposal, more quastion know value of work, , wether self or not... :-)  )
